The talk, sponsored by the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance, is entitled “American Foreign Policy: A Focus on Afghanistan.”

Last November McCollum was elected to her fourth term serving Minnesota’s 4th Congressional District, and was recently ranked in the top 18 percent (#79) of power players in the House by Congress.org.
